Unfortunately they are charging fee of $70 for a $2400 purchase if you want to change un opened phone with a 2 year contract.The manager was not polite and kind as well.Will never go back!

While the representative was great. They don't have the iPhones in stock and don't offer in store pickups. Order online or use another store.

I went to this store because they are around the corner from the Assurant provider who kind of screwed things up when they fixed my cracked screen. The screen was fixed, but my phone number became compromised,l; that is a whole other story. Although they were unable to fix my problem, they did everything they could to figure out what the problem was on their end. They also helped me realize that the two T-Mobile stores in my area did not install the new SIM card properly. They placed the SIM card in but never punched in my phone number. They then directed me to go to the main store in Times Square because that store has the District Managers who have better access to tech support.Still, I appreciate that they took the time to help me figure out what was wrong.

Incredibly rude and entitles staff. Have been with sprint/tmobile nearly 20 years and have never been treated this badly by store staff. Avoid, go to any of the other tmobile stores in the area.

I was visiting this branch with my daughter to get her join my plan ( I live in CA)however, it was unpleasant experience with the agent who supposed to help me! ( not sure if his name is Justin !) he was rude, not clear enough about the steps, and just wanted to sell the phone to us ASAP! When I asked him to cancel the process, he was not happy! He may need some training on Customer Service!

At this T-Mobile location on 38-08 Broadway, Queens, NY, 11103 Maria is the worst Sale Representative. Incompetent for her job, pushy and cheesy sale techniques, a lier, and unpleasant in communication, a sale representative without personality. I have been T-Mobile costumers for 20 years. My experience dealing with T-Mobile costumer services is asking same question to 2 different sale representatives you have totally different answers.

Recently switched over from another carrier that was driving me crazy with their service and high fees. I've been hearing good things about T-Mobile since they merged with Sprint so I decided to make the switch. More towers- hoping means better service. Well, so far so good. Had the service for about a week now and no complaints. My review is based upon this specific location though- and I just wanted to send out a thank you to "Sam" and his team who helped me switch carriers over, set up 4 phone lines, and remained very patient with the long process! All my questions were answered and he was very helpful. It goes to show how T-Mobile has really knowledgeable and pleasant employees. He made sure I got the best deals possible and explained all the plans to me and suggested which I would benefit most from. So- long story short- I have a brand new phone, saving atleast 20 bucks on my bill each month, and everyone is happy with their new phones. I recommend this location!

To whom it may concern, there is a man called Serg in this location that behaves inappropriately to women outside of the store. He has approached and bothered my underage daughter at night in uniform outside of this location. She now refuses to visit this store after learning he is the assistant manager. This is unacceptable behavior and this man representing your brand is ridiculous. He should be ashamed of himself and dealt with for his vulgarity. Very upsetting.

Went in to the store and it was pretty busy with a lengthy wait. Serg was moving around, helping customers as best as he could. Some customers were more angry than others but even with them he was as helpful as possible. When he helped me he was apologetic about the wait (not his fault) and I was handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Serg, for being cool as a cucumber!
