I have been a State Farm customer for more than 20 years. More recently, multiple calls have been to the branch at 29-01 31st Ave, Astoria NY. The customer service has been very unpleasant and downright rude lately, I'm really sure what's going on at that location but it's not good. If you don't have the compassion and respect ro work with people, please don't, find you yourself a different line of work. Thank you.

I am so pleased with State Farm Insurance and its pleasant staff 👍, however a special shoutout to Samantha Fermin . My problem was resolved due to her patience, expertise and thoroughness . Samatha’s communication and follow-up skills are greatly appreciated ( my new BFF 🤗) . I thank 🙏 her for relieving my anxiety and resolving my issue.

They kept calling me up to 3 times in a row since last Friday without leaving any messages. When I finally picked up, I talked to Jerk from State Farm. The guy was so rude! He asked me how much I pay for my insurance. I told him that I wasn't interested, and insisted a few times and I gave him the same answer. Then he hung up on me. I wasn't interested (for now). Now, I will never sign up with State Farm. Awful behavior!
