Shout out to the best piano and music instructor I’ve ever had in my life, the one and only, Mr. Frank Toscano. With enough time, anyone can play the piano. But to teach it..?Or better yet, to teach students how to develop their own specific method for approaching music - with each approach as different and unique as a fingerprint, now *that’s* talent.Never in a million years did I ever think I’d come as far as I have. To be able to actually sit down and play my favorite songs or to watch a movie or a TV show and in the background hear a beautiful piece and think “Oh wow, that’s really nice. Maybe I’ll download it tonight and learn how to play it.”There are no words to describe the joy and the magic that takes place when you’re playing a song you love, where in those brief moments of playing, where the notes are falling just right, time seems to stop, if only for a brief moment, as you merge with the instrument.I’m no fool to realize that there’s still plenty of work to be done. But I truly do feel honored and lucky to learn from this man. A true maestro. A genuine companion. And a dear friend. If you're looking for a superb music instructor no matter what your age or skill level, look no further than Frank Toscano.

Kevin is the best guitar teacher in the area. He's a mentor, a musician and all around professional. I highly recommend him. Frank is multi-talented. Piano pro.

Kevin, the guitar teacher, is the absolute best! My son not only got a guitar teach, but a mentor. He's great to get your child ready for auditions.

Kevin Allen is a top notch guitar and bass instructor. You cannot go wrong studying with him and in Queens you wont do better. The school's namesake is Frank Toscano, piano instructor. He was always a gentleman but I didnt study with him.

UPDATE: Been studying with Frank now for a 1 and 1/2 years and wow...what a difference. Where I was...compared to where I am now is simply unbelievable. Before studying with Frank, I always had a piano in my apartment and since I used to play by ear, I would only play when the mood struck. But since studying with Frank, I play everyday now...and my mind, body, and soul are better for it. It's hard to put it into words the gift of music...I'm a huge fan of the classics so being able to play Moonlight Sonata and Fur Elise...songs that I absolutely adore...it's something I never thought possible. Never in a million years. But more than just playing something that sounds nice...there's something to be said for fleshing out your thoughts as you sit in front of the piano...and the tone of exactly how you're feeling is immediately captured and conveyed by every note you play. Every now and again, there are moments, rare as they are, when I can feel myself merge with the instrument. When I'm not thinking, and the right note...with the right timing, and right sequence just comes perfectly into place. Naturally. Effortlessly even. It's a beautiful thing. And it's that beauty I would have never experienced if it wasn't for everything I learned from Frank Toscano. Best piano teacher I've ever had in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! AAAAAA++++

Kevin Allen is a fantastic guitar teacher. The lessons are incredibly inexpensive lessons (it was $26 per half hour lesson when I was attending about a year ago) and Kevin is very patient. He quickly became a friend! I didn't take piano lessons, but Frank was always welcoming and friendly, too. He teaches piano and accordian.
