I came to retrieve a package on Sunday and I opened the door and the guy screamed "WE'RE CLOSED!" I looked at my phone and saw it was 3:09. I asked nicely, "you think you could help me out? The package that got sent happens to me food that's perishable""No! Look at the all terminals, they're all red. We're closed," there was no need for the man to be ignorant to . I understand working on a Sunday isn't the greatest. I myself am a director of operations for 4 cafes in the city. My entire day is work, and all I get is the 2 hours of a peaceful dinner at home, so I understand the frustration of working all day. But I still am able to listen to people and offer help when I can. To bad people bring their problems into their work

My packages get delivered when they say it will get delivered or sooner. Not like the post office and fedex that always delays after you pay for certain day delivery.

I needed a notary and made an appointment on this UPS Store's website 3 days in advance. I spent money on an Uber to get there. When I arrived, I was informed there was no notary and that he had left for the day. No apology. I am extremely disappointed because I needed to make an appointment for a specific time on a weekend day without having to wait in a line. If they don't honor appointments, it should be a walk in only system.

I came to this UPS store the other day in the afternoon for notary service. Received a confirmation email at 4:30 AM the same morning about my appointment. I walked into the store and one guy said my appointment was canceled and he called my number this morning and tried to leave a voice mail. I then checked my phone and told him I didn’t receive either. Then he said “do you use a different number? We called you the number you gave us.” I was confused and about to double check my confirmation email and then he asked “Are you Paul?” - “No” (also it’s funny he thinks a petite Asian girl would be named Paul. So basically they canceled my appointment without letting me know, wasting my time and money getting there. he stood there awkwardly for a moment and told me well there is no appointment today. No apologies. They need to train their employees again for customer service. They most they did was to point me to a nearby pharmacy. Very disappointed. Will try to avoid this location at all cost.

the guy with middle eastern Turban Cap with 80's big eye glasses is unprofessional and extremely rude. i would avoid to deal with the person. He is very unkind and not helpful to answer some simple questions. he ask me if i am not paying his over time i should leave. the guy dislike his work, and he has zero respect to customers. i understand they have alot to do with small space with many customers but there is no reason to be extremely rude . he is picking up wrong manner from America. I highly recommended to go other places. not worth your time.

This is the second time my package was not delivered.They are putting “proofs” of delivery, but the proof is just black picture (just the black color).They claim the delivery guy said he delivered it right to the door, while that is impossible because I was infront of the building at the time and there was no ups truck or anything.This is not the first time this is happening!!! Highly dissapointed

Attention everyone returning any packages that need labels, now they have pc and you can print your own labels for an extremely expensive price. No signs on how much it is to use the computer or print lapels, so 5 mins and $20 dollars later….
