Staff on site was friendly and helpful – they assisted in ensuring that a desktop computer that my friend was mailing across the country was insured by asking if I’d like to insure it. They subsequently asked the value, told me the price of the insurance, and indicated that if the package was damaged in shipping that was the amount that would be reimbursed. The computer was packed in the original box and with the exact Styrofoam pieces that UPS themselves had originally packed and shipped it to my friend when he utilized them to send it to himself earlier that year… what could go wrong, right?Imagine my surprise when the computer arrived at its destination destroyed and UPS immediately rejected his subsequent claim for the reasoning that the packaging was insufficient. How could the packaging be insufficient if it is the same packaging that UPS had deemed sufficient when they’d packed and sent it in that exact packaging previously? And how can you offer and accept the extra charge for insurance but subsequently claim that it was received in an unsafe manner – if that’s the policy shouldn’t they be instructed to state when they accept the package that they won’t cover anything if you packed it yourself? Or if they’d had a concern about the package as received (which again - they shouldn’t have, it was heavily padded in identical packaging that they’d successfully shipped it in themselves – it should have been fine had it been properly handled), shouldn’t it be policy to have some sort of inspection of the package or to say something like “hey, because this isn’t something we packed we won’t deem your packing sufficient if something happens to it – so do you still want to pay insurance on it?”. Do you see how this Catch 22 doesn’t make sense? Either they did NOT sufficiently pack it when they packed and sent it to him earlier this year, or it was sufficiently packed when they destroyed it this time – it can’t be both.UPS decided to posture to engage him in a costly legal battle instead of offering to honor their claim. My biggest disappointment was that we trusted them to be better.

Overpriced and outdated. Go to a UPS store if you want to ship. And lol at the 1990's print station for $10 plus $2 a minute ?

Protip for management: Suggest to staff that they wait until customers are out of earshot before badmouthing them. Today (April 22nd, 2022) I went to pick up some last-minute wedding prints that I used Staples' Simple Print Same Day Service for--this included two 24"x36" posters and some A4 prints. Relatively common stuff--nothing too complex. Print Quality was great-- five stars for print quality! But when I showed up the following occurred 1) I witnessed one of my prints being pulled and the two staff laughing about something that had happened. I became anxious, but whatever, right? I see the print, I'm happy. 2) I get called to the counter and tell them that I'm here to pick up the prints--one of which was the large 24"x36" they'd been laughing about. It quickly becomes apparent they had lost the second 24"x36" before I arrived, which I assume is why they were laughing. It probably means they gave someone else my print, which means someone else now has a large printout of my seating chart instead of what they actually ordered, but again, whatever-- they can just reprint it. 3) As I'm waiting, I hear the staff continue talking loudly--presumably because of the mask, and specifically hear the bleached lemon-lime haired staff operating the center console say "Whatever, I don't give a sh*t about your wedding" to the other staff. I remember being young and angry. I remember having retail jobs and not liking them. But even then, I didn't openly badmouth customers--DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. Like, we can hear you. Hold that until I'm at least out of the store. Aside from the staff this store is fine. Just like, know who you're dealing with before you go.

Very bad service today I was going there to do all my grafic and design Plus ups mailing service They changed employees , very rude and i feel little racist Made a big deal forma sample request The employee told me to go get the manager and complain bc i asked a question I spend thousand of dollars , i own a business around the corner I will bring my business somewhere else a list no in this location anymore
