Your employees provide inaccurate information. This type of behavior discourages people from opening PO Boxes and spending money for other things at USPS. Please be mindful of this- different employees provide different information .

:Ruth has been a very pleasant and helpful employee to me; as for other employees; I have been turned away 7 minutes before closing while being yelled at by the employee, that they aren't taking anymore customers, 7 minutes before closing, I'm in the line as the last person, all I needed was two money order's. I am disabled, and was forced to leave, and return that Monday morning again just to get two money orders. My time money and energy were wasted because this woman was not concerned about going above and beyond for the customers, that would raise her value with the locals, that would garner compliments, that would make her feel good, that would ease work environment stress, that would get the attention of management, that would consider a raise, or higher ranking position. If I could still be so upset as to spend more time now writing this; this correspondence should serve also to the management team how absolutely imperative it is to have professional people be in these positions of professional posts. This post office is way better than the one on Broadway. They are short staff but have way better service than the one on Broadway.

I visited this branch today (04/29/2025). This branch is great, maybe there were some employees that did a bad job in the past. But my experience was great. The employee was quick and polite.

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The two women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional when answering my question. I’m absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated and will never step foot in this USPS again. Management seriously needs to take a hard look at the quality of their staff.

Counteracting the complainers: I’ve never had a problem in 20 years with this post office branch. They are always efficient and friendly at the branch location; the mail carriers have always been helpful & friendly too.

I was told my delivery was attempted at 9:24 am today. No doorbell was rang and I had to search for my redelivery note. When I went to this post office, they told me they couldn’t tell me where my package was because they didn’t know who the driver/worker was, and I had to come back tomorrow. Such a joke. You guys need to work on making sure your workers RING THE DOOR BELLS. Now I gotta waste time coming back here for three small items. Unbelievable.

Extremely rude I made a comment that you are better at me than packaging I’m sorry! And she went on a rant being extremely rude, disrespectful, and caused a seen. So inappropriate awful customer service. I’d avoid coming here if you don’t want to get yelled at for dropping a package off.

Honestly just rude and always an unpleasant experience. I don't like to leave negative reviews but having to deal with rude staff every single visit is exhausting.

One of the clerks at the counter, Jaylin, is extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unsatisfied with his job, and finds it within his power to talk to customers, as he said "anyway he wants." As a very frequent customer here, there are some excellent employees, but Jaylin is absolutely deplorable and needs to be coached. Of course a manager wasn't available when I asked to speak to one about Jaylin's inappropriate behavior.

Waited a century to drop off 2 packages. They have some rude elderly customers as well and they are taking forever because they chat soooo much with the one and only staff there and holding up the line. And being so unapologetic and rude to the people behind them asking about questions.
