Unfortunately they are under staff. Sometimes you wait forvever and some of them treat you like they are doing you a favor. They can't barely speak. It happens when you know you're not gonna lose your job. So they don't care and take their time. Awful. Not leaving a review because somenthing went wrong but I use this place for yeas and I am very desapointed.

People mostly seem to leave reviews when things go wrong.The building is new and the post office is in good condition. I haven't had any issues dropping off packages and getting receipts for them. There's usually either no line or a 5-10 minute line, both of which are fine. But now there's a self-service kiosk (SSK) so you don't even need to talk to someone to get a receipt for a package anymore.

This is the worst post office location I have ever encountered. The associate at the window named Audrey is beyond nasty, rude, and unprofessional. I went to grab a box for my item and she yelled out while attending to another customer that the box I was grabbing was for priority mail only as my label was ground. I then asked her if I could tape the label that was sent to me on the envelope as it did not have my address the (from) and she proceeded to tell me to read, the top is from, the bottom is to. I tried again to explain to her the sender did not include my address both to and from had the address it was going to. I put it up against the window for her to see as she was not listening to me and then proceeded to say I was rude and to get out of the way as she had a customer, mind you she yelled at me getting my attention to come over while attending to the customer she currently had. She then refused to help and I responded to her that in the customer service industry she should be nicer and kinder. I told her to be patient which she dismissed. I then was taken by the other associate I did not catch his name but the man was also rude and talking on his phone with the air pod on his ear he was rude from the moment I walked in with a bad attitude and clearly not wanting to be at work. He told me with an attitude that I had to print my label across the street, this location doesn’t print, doesn’t have working pens, doesn’t have tape, what does the location indeed have????? I was completely taken aback. I then told the male associate he was also rude and he laughed when I said please give me my receipt you are being rude. If you value respect and great customer service I highly advise you never go to this location. If any high level manager or district manager reads this I highly suggest you close this location or clean house and replace with decent people who are kind and courteous. I would give the location 0 stars if I could. What a detestable experience to enter into an establishment that should help you instead they treat you as if you are garbage.

AUDREY, the counter associate is extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and has no manners at all. She yelled out at me when I was entering the store with my package. She yelled at me saying “you have to write the from and to on the box” just like that. She was with a costumer, like what kind of person does that?? You are assisting someone and just yell people?? Very unprofessional. The pens on the counter didn’t work and I asked her if she could handle me one and instead she just gave me so much attitude and very disrespectful!! She is nasty. She has not respect for people. I hope she gets a coaching!!! A good one because she can’t be working with that terrible attitude. So disrespectful. If you, manager, read this please feel free to reach out for more about this incident.

Went to mail a lease - I went it a bit worried because of the reviews on how people are not friendly.. but this office was very clean & organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Explained delivery options and prices very clearly : )

I come to this post office all the time and Emily is always the sweetest, people should be more mindful before writing these nasty reviews because they didn’t get their way, she’s a human being that’s just trying to do her job. 1. Clerks have nothing to do with missing mail take that up with the carrier 2. Usps never provides tape unless it’s for priority mail or express, come with your packages already taped before sending it out. These are some tips for any future customers that read reviews.

Writing a one star review for Emily, as others have done. She was dismissive when I informed her that my mail was being mis-delivered, and that this had been an ongoing problem for me and other residents in my building. She had an attitude the entire time while giving me "solutions" (which don't solve the problem that the carrier keeps going to the wrong place) and acted as if I was simply dense and not hearing what she had to say.Do NOT go to this location (specifically to Emily's window) if you have anything other than a package or letter to send -- she's too disinterested in her job to handle anything more complex than that.
