Save time and just light your mail on fire. I was trying to send a shirt I sold online. They printed out my label and then proceeded to stick it on someone else’s package over their label. Now my package is missing and someone else is also missing their package. You can see in the photo they clearly just stuck it over the label. It’s criminal what they’re doing here

As far as post offices in NYC go, I think this office is really great. I always have had kind employees help me when needed, and they move lines along quickly. But most importantly, the handful of times I have had issues with lost packages, they have contacted me within 24 hours with a resolution.

Please fire the whole staff immediately and close this posrt office if needed. No one listens, understands or even try to explain. They re simply rude.

I grant you that I haven't been to all 50 states but this has to be one of the most useless post offices in the country.

the young man with the streak of green hair was incredibly rude and short with not only an older woman who was struggling with a language barrier but also raised his voice to a young woman who was struggling to understand the drop off door mechanism. i later talked to this girl because i saw her on the street just to tell her i found him incredibly rude as well and to check in, and she let me know she is special needs. he was incredibly pleasant to every other customer, including me and my mother; all this to say that if you cannot meet people who are different than you with kindness, respect, patience, and grace, frankly you shouldn't work a customer facing job.

Worst post office I've been to. I went in to mail a package on Thursday, the lady asked me if I want two days delivery or regular I told her two days because I wanted it to reach the person in time. It was supposed to delivery on Monday, next thing I know .Monday past no delivery, i keep tracking it and it always saying in transit. I went back to the post office another lady was there she was very rude and she told me it regular delivery. I told her I paid for two days delivery not ground. She just don't want to listen to me. It always like that there. N body is friendly there.

Have used this location for a number of years now because it's on my way to work. The place looks like your average USPS office, semi dirty, not really bright, display cases with for sale packing supplies that lok like have been there for 2 decades and a bunch of teller windows but only 5% of them are manned. When I finally searched them up on here and saw their overall rating, I LOLed and said "yeah, that's about right!" I am giving them a 2.4 Yes, a 2 point four stars. I won't give them a point 5 cuz that'd mean 'd have to round off to a 3. And, I am not giving them a 1 cuz I have had good interactions there. The dude that was there two days ago needs a little attitude adjustment (It was 5 mins after they opened!)
