I came today to send and pick a packet, the lady before me didn’t want the officer so i went to her, “Nuyeska” (sorry for the spelling) gave me my packet and when I filled the form to send it to Spain she didn’t do it because she wanted the spanish address in ENGLISH!! How can i translate spanish names?? Crazy!!!!!

WORST USPS EVER
Says I picked up my amazon package from post office and thus delivered but I wasn't even aware I needed to pick it up....?
This is also a recurring situation for everyone in our apartment. Maybe actually delivery mail which is supposed to be YOUR job.

The worst USPS. They never attempt redelivery, always gaslight me into saying they always send everything they have daily and when I press further, they magically find my letters and/or packages. The people here genuinely don’t want to do their jobs.

The rare post office that just does not deliver mail. I've lived here less than a year and can't count how many times I've had letters arrive weeks (and in some cases MONTHS) late. Just today I received one letter mailed in April and another in *March*. It's July. There have also been multiple instances where they just lie and say they tried to deliver a package but couldn't access the building (I live in a normal apartment building). I'm filing a complaint on the usps website and would encourage everyone else who has to deal with this incompetence to do so too.

Amazon tracking said my package was attempted to be delivered unsuccessfully and is now held at this location. I was home all day and have been buzzing people in. My other Amazon package got delivered successfully. I did not leave my house today at all. I don't think the delivery was at all attempted; I think they missed it and just kept my package at the post office. This is the second time this happened.
Also, incredibly awful service every time I go there. Slow, rude, and unhelpful. I avoid this place like the plague!

Quite possibly the worst Post Office in the entire City, surely the worst one in the borough of Queens. The staff including so called “management” is managing what exactly? This post office has the worst customer service where the employees are apathetic, combative and lackadaisical to an extreme. It amazes me how this behavior is allowed and has gone on unchecked for far too long (check other google reviews from months even years back) and yet nothing has been done about it. The Post Master General and members of the Board of Governors needs to look into this place and clean house. The absolute worst service.

Went to retrieve a missed delivery that was marked available for pickup by the date on the missed delivery slip and was told the package wasn't there. The line was long and another person ahead of me had the same issue. Complete disrespect of my time

Absolutely the WORST post office I've ever been. RUDE, UNHELPFUL and MEDIOCRE staff. They're never willing to help. And they CLEARLY don't care about clients. Save yourself time and go with UPS a block away, they do help and make things easier.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past few months and each time the service was reasonably quick and the employees were courteous and professional. This wasn’t just my experience, I observed all other customers being treated politely and receiving effective service.
If you yourself are polite and follow instructions, I can’t imagine how you would have any problems.

The employees here are slow as hell. Especially the short lady with short hair and glasses, who works with pick up on Sat May 24, 2025. Unprofessional doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. Does not know how to give clear directions. This location needs to do better. Also staffing needs to be updated. How do you have only two employees working the window on a Saturday morning?! Some accountability needs to be taken. I know they do not care but damn if you don’t like your job go do something else inspires you to be a good human.
