This company has very poor customer service. They're not transparent about their charges and are very dishonest. We agreed to a quote for a container, with transportation costs etc and after performing the service, we were charged an extra $1000 for something not disclosed earlier. Still disputing it. Please if you want your peace of mind do not deal with vship.

If you don't want to lose money please stay away!
Your container will be hold by the custom border.Mine is on hold for a month and They don't do nothing.I'm the one who contacted the warehouse to let please them to go pick up the container and do the exam.Vship doesn't care.After they got the money you'll be on your own.
I have to get ready and pay some extra fees($1000-$5000) they said.

My Car arrived on 5/26/2020 in Ghana. After 20days Vship didn't notify me of arrival of cargo. I spoke with Ben on phone and he was so rude to me. I will end paying more at the port because of demurrage. I am very much disappointed in their service.
