Love this yoga place, im so glad I’ve found it!! Is true that they get many ppl in but everyone fits and get the workout done! I used to have anxiety for a period of time and this was my safe place, now I go there time by time when I feel to do so. Tip, you can go there earlier and find your empty spot until the rest comes!! Thank me later

cheap. this place is inexpensive because they jam the room with people.unprofessional. the instructors lack flow, training and are even inappropriate in their corrections.pass on this place. save your time and your money. there are many other better studios to support.

Great if you look for a petite serenity in the center of a busy town

Very nice class, really inexpensive so the prices are competitive than others places, I felt so happy after I left. Definitely will try to come every friday to get into more Yoga. This was my first Yoga class and I would say you should know the basic stufd, was kinda hard for me to keep up.

This is Astoria's best kept secret Yoga studio I'm sure of it. I saw this place on classpass and my aching back craved some yoga instruction! You enter this place from the side of the building, walk some windy stairs and you are brought into a 1 room studio with blocks and mats available for use.The class I was in looked pretty packed with like 20 of us in there so idk how up to 40 people fit, but nonetheless, it was enjoyable and at the end super relaxing. I'm no yogi by any means but if you have a foundation of knowing a few moves you'll be okay. Overall, I liked the space and I do plan on revisiting!-Bathroom on-site

I love this space and the classes are great. But this place is sooooooo overcrowded. I agree, charge a little more and have less people. In won’t be going back because it’s not comfortable to practice with someone in your space.

I’m fairly new to Yoga but I love this place. Another hidden gem in the lovely neighborhood of Astoria. The instructors are great teachers, very friendly and super welcoming. The space is well lit, calming and overall a great vibe. 10/10 from me

Couldn't ask for a better yoga spot, instructors are kind helpful and it's always peaceful. I love that there is a place to relax on the busy street of broadway, I love attending and $10 is extremely reasonable when most places charge $ 25 per class. They offer a place to buy mats but I prefer bringing my own and I recommend coming early so you can get a spot.

The instructors are very kind and knowledgeable, and all levels can practice here. The space is so calming as well.

The vibes are similar to St. Marks Yoga. I love the instructors and the classes are very casual. It does get a little chilly in the winter so bring a long sleeved shirt or sweatshirt in case. They have mats but bring your own water. Its not necessarily a boutique experience however that is reflected in price. The space is very charming and I would recommend their classes to my friends.

Even if you book and pay ahead of time, the classes are NOT CAPPED and you can be LEFT OUT... (10+ PEOPLE WERE TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR). Refunds aren't automatic and you have to seek out the manager to ask for your refund... OVER CROWDED CLASSES... SPOT NOT GUARANTEED. The instructor was mildly apologetic, offered no real help and did not take anyone's info for refund. Aggravation, waste of cab fair and a Waste of time.

One of my favorite yoga studios in this neighborhood. Instructors are very friendly and you can always follow your own pace or process any adjustments if needed. They will never rush you to get to the next pose. The only thing is if you decide to attend a weekend morning class, it could be very packed and space is limited. Try to come earlier to secure a spot!

My class with Anna was great. I went at 7 am, on a rainy day, it was refreshing, energizing and just a smooth way to start the day. I’ll be going back!
