My experience at this store, thanks to Ms. Dayana Hernandez, has been exemplary! I have a unique style, was remarrying and she not only showed me various styles, she also had items brought in from other stores as well as adding my on line choices. Dayana helped me build a unique set in rose gold that wowed us all. BONUS was sale she told us about, no hard upsell. She graciously put together my set, warranty and assured me every step of the way. I went back to have my rings resized and again, Dayna was there to take care of everything and she will let me know when they are returned. Her warm professionalism makes shopping lile a family experience. I spent a long time in retail and customer service so I can spot a bored or dismissive associate just waiting for a commission, their eyes darting to the door or watch. Dayana is fully attentive, knowledgeable and will make your decisions easy. Because of her, I am a loyal customer. Ask for her, and you will become one too!

My fiancé has brought my ring to get the same stone replaced for the past two month and they still haven't done anything to keep the stone from falling out. every time we had to replace it, it took about 2 1/2 weeks each time which beyond disappointing. I got my engagement in August of 2023 as of two months ago we've been brining it to them for them to fix and yet its still a problem. The last time we came in Luigi was helping us and told us that we could replace the ring since the engagement that i had the same stone has been popping out. He said that the ring would come in a week and yet we are still waiting for it to come in. Its been over a week and my fiancé called to see what the update was and turns out he didn't processes the shipment threw. He gave the excuse that it there was no status and that he would put the order through again. Its been nothing but frustration and beyond unprofessional on how they have continued to go about this problem. we have not gotten an email or phone call or even a voice message about any update for the ring that we were suppose to process. DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!!!

I came here at Zales in Astoria during Christmas. I was shopping for my mother and I didn’t know what to get her so I was really indecisive on what to get her. The store manager Courtney was the one attending me and she gave me an insight on all the jewelry they have and different prices that fell under my budget. She was extremely sweet and kind that I almost felt like I was asking a family member for help and advice. Just by being there I saw how she would talk to her fellow employees and it seemed like a comfort being there and working there. Customer service was amazing because they even offered me a protection plan where in case if I were to damage the diamond on the necklace I got my mother it would be free and it’s lifetime so just pay once and then get a lifetime of repairs. Overall the employee’s and the manager herself treated very fairly and with respect showing me my options and helped me get the gift I got my mother and she loved it. Most definitely will shop here again and ya should too. Happy customer!!!

This location is terrible.. on top of scamming you, the employees that work here, including the so called “manager”Corntey, and excuse me for describing them like this but unfortunately i was not able to get their names cuz of such terrible customer service skills they have, but this other short light skin fat girl with brownish blondish hair, and this other dude with a curly black fro who acts like he got more sass than any of the other girls there.. he gets you to do a credit run and tells you it’s not a hard pull when it def is a hard pull cuz it showed up on my credit report.. and then when you deny them from getting a stupid protection plan, they tell you that if you don’t get the protection plan you will end up paying more money in the long run when you come and try to get it fixed. Meaning they will make you pay to fix it, only to find out that when it comes back, they didnt really fix it correctly, so now you have to go back once again, to pay once again, to get it fixed, once again.. Smh crazy!! They all have terrible customer service skills. Extremely rude and obnoxious and ghetto af.. but i mean that’s what you get when you hire a bunch of ravenswood and Astoria project crack babies.. don’t even know how any of them have jobs! Stay away from this location! Read the reviews! They are there for a good reason!!

I went to read the comments to get information and if it is safe to buy in that store, and I read a comment about something racist and in my opinion they really improved because my future husband entered the store with me and they were not racist at all, they took good care of us despite my fiancé being a man of color and a foreigner, and if we are looking for something economical but nice, we will make our purchase there because of the security they gave us to choose from. If you want to be racially profiled go to this Zales.
I went in this store around 5:30 pm 7/1/23. There were only 2 customers and 2 sales associates. They seemed to be showing the customers engagement rings.
Anyway I asked the woman associate could she show me some ankle bracelets. She immediately takes me to silver ankle bracelets (mind you I had gold on my wrists, ears and neck). I said why would you assume I wanted silver with all the GOLD I have on, she apologized and said she wasn't paying attention. Then she shows me the 3 gold ankle bracelets they had and mentioned they had one on clearance, uh excuse me! Did I ask for clearance jewelry?????
I flat out asked are you offering me silver and clearance items because Im black? Oh no was her response, but she was. Had I been white, she would have 1st asked what was I looking for as far as gold or silver and she NEVER would have offered clearance items. I would have gotten the same respect that the white customers that were there when I got there was getting. Mind you they had both the associates (her being one of them) helping them.
Message to whoever the manager is at this store, train your associates. This one made me feel bad, angry, sad and hurt in our less than 10 minute interaction. If zero was a star, you would have it. This was the 2nd time a Zales let me down (first time in another state). You got me twice, no 3rd time.
7/5/23 update.
Tried calling the manager Courtney today and was told she wasn't there and rudely hung up on when I asked when she would be there. In person and on the phone, trash unfortunately.

I went in hear to look around , hoping to buy some jewlery it's a total scam someone tried to sell me a braclet costing $2k which was gold plated and 10k , if you know you know , but that shouldn't have been the true price of the bracelet if you consider the gold spot price and that it also bearly had any gold in it
