“A huge majority of the time I wait at the outside teller for more than 15-20 minutes. I pull up and lane is open but no teller. It is very tough when you just want to do a deposit. I look in there, no one acknowledges me. I wonder if I didn’t see red instead of green light…on and on until a seemingly annoyed teller just sends my slip back … just wierd”

“I like TD Bank in general but this branch goes above and beyond. I got into the drive through at about 4:57 and really needed a check cashed (not from TD), Im from out of state, and desperately needed the money to get home. I didn't catch the tellers name but she really helped me out and stuck around a little bit after 5 to help me out. I just figured this branch needed a shout out and if the teller reads this. . . “Let's just put it like this. I have been an Albany/Greene resident all of my life until recently when I moved out of state. I still have my checking account with them, and lately have run through a very tight spot. Thanks to their overdraft privileges (I hate using them, but when push comes to shove...) I have been able to make my bills and ends meet without suffering late charges and hits to my credit score. The customer service is very friendly and are a pleasure to do business with and have even helped me forgive a few of the overdraft charges themselves. All in all, I don't plan on closing my account anytime soon, even though I'm out of state now. I recommend this bank to anyone in the Albany/Greene County area.”

“I switched to key bank from national bank of Coxsackie because my card kept getting frozen for normal transactions. Ever since I switched to KeyBank, it’s been easy. I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.”
