“My visits to this Valley Stream Chase Branch has always been pleasant. Free parking at the rear of the building and well lit, if visiting during evening hours. The employees are welcoming, professional, friendly and courteous. It is truly a neighbor branch, where a smiling staff member will acknowledge and address you if there is a short wait time. I appreciate the familiarity and trust they allowed for me to establish at this location.”
“BS +++ I'll keep this review simple. Not sure why such a low rating for an awesome bank location. It's hidden in a small block of Floral Park (right across my favorite breakfast spot). They have a shared small parking area. The machines are advance and more upgraded than the rest of the local Chase banks around this area. The tellers are nice and quick to help. Again, not sure why their rating is so low but I am giving them a nice positive one. Come to this bank for all your Chase transactions you will not be disappointed. Boomsauce scale. BW = Dis $@% is BASURA! (Garbage). Not recommended. BS = it's just O.K. (experience) BS+ = Yo! I like this place. BS++= That's Whoa! This place good. BS+++= Dayumm! This place is fkn DOPE!”

“Not sure why they have such a low rating here. I used this branch pretty often more for the ATM services but if I need to speak to someone or use the teller I usually use this location. There are ATMs right in the lobby which you can still access after hours. The actual bank is past the ATM's. There's usually someone at the greeters desk in case you need help. The tellers are to the left and the offices if you need other help are to the right. There's seating the in back as well In case you have to wait.”
“Convenient location in nearby shopping strip. This chase is always clean. ATMs are always working. Agents are friendly but sometimes during peak hours, the lines are brutal and the not so well working air-conditioning system is not bringing any relief.”
