It has been 3 years since I reviewed my daily 7-Eleven... I am sad to say it went from 5 stars to 1 star in that time frame, but as of 7/28/25 I am happy to say it went back up to 3!! There is obvious new management in this 3 yr time frame, which they have been great transitioning in, but they hired this one younger, Eurocentric guy a few months ago. He works during the mornings / afternoon who is not friendly, never smiles, and CONSTANTLY skips over my rewards and I tell him every single time that he needs to let the customer decide whether they want to decline saving money and using their points or not. I tell him that he needs to stop doing that and I make him go back to that screen so I can choose. Owners: He needs training and to be told to STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS FROM USING THEIR POINTS / REWARDS as I rate the store 1 star. But today, a new, older Eurocentric gentlemen was there (said he was hired about 2 weeks ago) and OMG, THAT'S the friendly, smiling, happy 7-Eleven associate I am use to!!!!!! Great job owners on finding him! Keep the other guy AWAY from the register until you see him smile and does correct transactions.

Everytime I come here there’s a problem,charged me a dollar extra i say something and he plays dumb like he can’t give me my change back. A gas station run by teenagers would do better than the foreigners in there now.

The employees are rude as can be. Ripped off my kids on money. Denied cooking me food at 10 at night when they close at midnight. I said it before but I mean it now if nothing changes I will never step foot there again.

pizza is the best i've ever had, but they raised the price. its advertised as $5 but is closer to $7. all of the hot food they make is great but i don't recommend cold foods like the sandwiches. staff can be a bit rude. they stared at my cousin and i as we got slushies. also the blue raspberry slushie makes people sick. we reported them to the health department but nothing was done.

Ppl are getting scamned n the cashiers are taking ppls money and lieing about it n not giving ppls money back. The store is filthy the ppl are rude n they smell. I hope this store gets shut down

Went there on March 24th at 1:30am to grab something to drink, and a lighter, and the cashier said she was closed. I said no you're not. I use to work at 7-eleven. And her: I was gonna put a sign." Are they closed at 1:30? Why was the door not locked. Laziness. I use to work at 7-eleven and I would NEVER play that were closed game. I decided not to escalate it. If she's not fired for lying I don't think I could go back there.

If I could give this store a -5 stars I would. I’ve gotten gas there, only put $5.00 in, and they charged me $50.00. For a week I tried to get my money back and they refused to because I didn’t have a receipt and the manager was never there. My significant other also worked there, and he was completely treated terribly. He was not trained well, always left alone and was fired when the boss never called him in, since they make the schedule THE DAY OF THE NEW WEEK. which is illegal for businesses to not give employees a week in advance. I could go on and on and on about occasions that happened with multiple customers that I know with these people. Worst store ever.
