I have never even considered switching banks until recently Every time I come I wait forever (they need to hire more employees) And there always seems to be an issue with ehatn trying to do, dormant matter how simple it should be Used to be a great bank, unfortunately it’s gone down hill fast

Awful service. Waited in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes today while they counted money and said nothing to us. Unfortunately the end of the week is busy, as there is two correctional facilities in the area that get paid on Thursdays. Been banking with five star forever, this is by far the worst branch to deal with

Normally very good / friendly customer service but, this bank should reconsider this new person at the drive-up teller position. I would hope my personal finances are kept confidential, but, knowing this person, with such poor character and lacking integrity, I don't feel comfortable with this individual having any knowledge of my monetary affairs, and have zero confidence they can keep such information private.
And although this branch is in a small rural community, it's focus should still be hiring professional people not only qualified for this position, but also should act and dress accordingly as well.
I expect more from my financial institution.
Just a stern warning to those that value their personal finances and privacy.
Will definitely be closing my account and banking elsewhere.

Large deposit of money but in bank .they have to hold it for five days Still can't get money out and unfreeze my account give you all kinds BS after 5 days. Ben with this bank for over 25 years they just lost long time customer. Had to give them one star they don't even deserve that.

I have been with this bank for over ten years with my business checking with no issues then one day I tried to deposit some checks made out to my business from major insurance companies that I have always deposited before with no issues went straight into my account providing they where under ten thousand dollars so I can continue business as usual.Not any more for some apparent reason they said they have to put a hold on every check that was over my balance no matter where it was from even upstate chevy next door to the bank. NOT very business friendly at all when your depending on that money to pay for outstanding checks good bye to the B.S.

This branch along with Mt. Morris, Lakeville, & Warsaw's Main Office have been my favorite branches, not to mention North Java over the years. From the staff in the late 80's to mid-90's when bank was still WCB aka Wyco. Great people made these branches the success they are today along with the leadership from Wyco's main office in Warsaw.
