I recently purchased a vehicle from Upstate, and it was hands down the best experience! My husband and I were walking the lot, when Mike Johnson asked if we needed anything. We then proceeded to test drive vehicles, where Mike tagged along. Not only was he awesome company, but since I was beyond picky/not 100% sure what I liked..he took his time and proceeded to show me every vehicle they had to offer, to try and help me find the best possible fit! Fast forward to finding the vehicle I wanted! Not once did Mike seem annoyed that I was so indecisive, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything- especially if I didn’t love it! We also had the pleasure to work with and meet Corey, he was so personable, professional, and worked with us through and through- to ensure we were leaving with a smile on our faces! The whole process from looking at vehicles, test driving, crunching numbers, and finalizing the sale.. was fun, enjoyable, easy, and professional! Usually I hate looking at vehicles and dealing with dealerships.. but not this one! Everyone was truly amazing to work with, Mike, Corey and the whole office- all down the earth people putting their buyers interests first. They have gained a client for life.. not that I want to trade my jeep in, but looking forward to doing business with them in the future again! I highly recommend Upstate, you won’t be disappointed!!

Just purchased a new dodge truck from Cory and Mike at upstate what a surprise these 2 guys were awesome !! Like everyone no one appreciates being in dealership for 2 or 3 hours , to my surprise about an hour at most no back and forth and right to the point !!! These 2 guys have my business for life !! Amazing experience at a car dealership who knew 😆 Thanks for all your help and for calling me to see how everything is going much appreciated.

Wonderful dealership, where you negotiate with a person able to approve a deal. That considerably shortcuts the need to go back and forth between a salesperson, manager, and customer to nail down a deal. Beyond that, the service department is second to none.

I had an amazing and refreshing buying experience, Corey and Madison give me the VIP treatment, sweet deal and a great rate. Big city dealers couldn't compete with Upstate on price ,rates and especially my buyer experience...Definitely the go-to for a new Ram !

I am still in shock…I have never had such a remarkable experience in all my car buying years! I walked in with zero expectations and 2 hours later, I’m driving home in a new car thinking, What just happened? This was, by far, the friendliest, no stress, no pressure, down to earth dealership I’ve ever been to! Thank you Mike and Madison!!! I will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! This team worked so hard to get me in the new lease quickly, minimal paperwork, a great tour and lesson on all its features too! I gave them a short window before it was time to get my kids from school and they happily got everything completed on time. Maddison was so kind, friendly and thought of everything. She really reminded me why I love leasing. Michael was easy going, knowledgeable and thorough while going through all the details of my new jeep. My truck broke down when towing the camper and I was 4 hours from home on a family vacation. These guys immediately took my truck, diagnosed the issue, and fixed everything efficiently and professionally. The whole time their service department called me to keep me posted and updated. I had such a great experience here thatI took a work truck back 5 months later, 4 hours from home. I am not disappointed, again they have proven to be responsive, efficient, and transparent. Not once did I question the status of my truck. I am impressed with their Cummins technicians too, thorough and experienced. The whole experience is rather unbelievable from a dealership. I'll be bringing my business here for the foreseeable future. It's worth the 4 hour drive for me.

I fell in love with a vehicle and knew what I wanted. Cory greeted me warmly when I arrived and quickly gave me the opportunity to test drive the car. He was polite and helpful in getting all my initial paperwork started. Both he and Madison worked around my schedule and created a quick and flawless transaction. I was impressed with the professionalism and would certainly recommend others to see them when they decide to purchase a new vehicle.

Very positive experience with Upstate CDJR purchasing a used 2021 Jeep Renegade for my mom. Mike Johnson was courteous and responsive and we were in & out of the dealership in less than an hour. Worth the drive to Attica for the overall transaction experience.
