Shortly after picking up driveshaft, noticed snap ring not locked in channel. Very dangerous!Sent picture to manager. He said was not going to drop everything to attend to the driveshaft. He said drop off the driveshaft and he would look at it when he has time. I paid $373.36 for the ujoint install. It should have been professional.Long story short, one hour after picking up driveshaft, I had to take it to another mopar dealer which was great. They looked at it, noticed the problem, and agreed to order the another ujoint and install under warranty.If this was gone unnoticed, , this would have been a bad situation when the spinning driveshaft fell off. Very bad!In addition, upstate entered the wrong vehicle year and model on the invoice. They also entered the wrong vin# which caused unneccesary confusion when the other dealer went to order parts under warranty.The unsafe installation should have never went out the door.I did asm to speak with a supervisor, but I was told supervisor was on vacation in florida right now.

Service was fantastic. Chris called and said the truck would be another day due to mechanic calling in sick. That happens and I appreciate the heads up as we are only human. Upstate is a great family owned dealership that has been bought out by West Herr and still has family values with great people. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

I went to Upstate Dodge with a friend who was looking at a used van. I was along for the ride, for something to do.I walked out with a new Pacifica hybrid Electric.Mike had talked to me as my friend ooked over cars, and I asked questions. No pressure, just answered my questions. He was very friendly and if he didn't know something he said so and found the answer.The result of my going for a ride was that the two of us walked out, each with a new car.Every one I encountered through the process at Upstate, especially Mike, was a big help, personable, and Nova, the black lab mascot, was loveable.I'll be back for service, only now I'll bring some doggie biscots, and maybe a friend who has nothing to do but take a ride.

We just purchased our new jeep last week and we will definitely be back in the future. Every part of the shopping and buying experience was great. Our salesman Mike is a no nonsense and no pressure kind of guy. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. They even have a friendly dog that our daughter loved.

Chris the service manager is super. I take my business to Upstate Dodge because I know Chris will make sure everything needed is done, and my vehicle is safe to drive. I know sometimes I pay more for certain services, but the peace of mind and convenience makes up for it.

Horrible customer service and the appraiser they have probably needs money to get a clue. Been a customer here for 9 years. When I walked in I was told my truck was in a moderate accident on the carfax and thats why they were offering such a low price for my trade. Which was untrue my truck was never in an accident. After I informed him of that fact, he then continued with the same false estimated numbers. He told me to wait 6 months until the lease was up and come back. I will never in my life or children's life ever go to upstate ram in attica again.
