I'm visiting from out of state and punctured my tire on my 2022 Pacifica. They got me in the same day w a 1pm appoint. Showed up at 1 to the nicest crew I've ever experienced at a dealer. They got me right in. Waiting in a nice clean waiting room. And got me out quick. Patched my tire. Filled my washer fluid. And offered an oil change. Excellent service. Excellent crew. 10/10.

Horrid service and no ethics. While we own a vehicle purchased through Upstate, there is absolutely nothing positive to say about Upstate Dodge service department. They show zero support allegiance for customer. When I went there for an inspection, they stated they could not pass it, immediately providing a quote for urgent repairs, which I confirmed didn't need to be done. When confronting the manager pics there was no apology, just a bs excuses. Earlier, when we had an issue with the vehicle at 25k miles, they tried to sell service before ever checking out recalls, service bulletins or warranty. They're just trying scam their empty calendars full. Go elsewhere- anywhere else.

Upstate Dodge made the very worst attempt to negotiate or even get in touch with me to answer any of my questions. Then they sent me a sarcastic message wondering why I lost interest in buying from them by asking me if I was "Eaten By An Alligator" wth??? Initially, someone contacted me & took my questions & said they forward my info to another person that "would help" me with my purchase of a high end truck for my business. I ended up trying to contact this dealership several times to get answers to my questions and always got the same answer... which was that someone would contact me soon. I never was contacted (except by the manager asking if I have been eaten my an Alligator), 0 answers to my questions, the truck I wanted is still for sale & still no effort on their part to help. Awful contact with buyers!!

Our overall experience with Tim and Upstate Auto was exceptional. Tim was always very courteous and very respectful of our time. Tim went through the order build sheet in great detail to ensure we would get all of the features we wanted, and did not pay extra for the ones we didn’t, this dealership is a 10 in my book and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
