I've been with AmeriCU since 2003 they have managed all my financial needs and have done it in such a way that puts me first and my interest and well-being financially first and have developed good working relationship with staff who generally go out of their way to help you but there are specific people that are exceptional such as Brendan Costello

Takes till 9 in the morning to get your check deposited into your bank so it will leave you with overdraft fees if you have something directly taken out of your account till 9

Ive had a couple auto loans from here. They beat the interest rates so they won! I've also had some issues with my account \\\"not their fault or mine\\\" and they were very helpful straightening it out. As far as posts about lines. There are also Kiosks and I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

I went in to speak with someone about a mortgage. Not only did they not have someone on staff, they were very short with me and told me someone would call me... No one ever called me. Took my business to Lyons national bank on the corner of mutton Hill Rd. Lyons was professional and my mortgage expert Craig did a great job.

Would never use this place again. So much fine print and they made me lose 200 dollars by not explaining a simple fact, almost like they meant to. I believe they don't explain things properly because they want you to lose your hard earned money. Also called me a liar to my face, and after I PROVED IWAS correct with a phone call, the old lady still didn't apologize. I will never bank here with this company again, and would not recommend anyone does. If you want a great credit union try Auburn federal Credit Union. Also of you want a new credit union with cool features try the one over by the prison. I forget it's name right now but I know they have some really cool features. Empower I believe it is called.

Terrible customer service. I waited in like for 40 minutes and was understanding bc it was lunch hour and the other tell her was probably on break. The only girl working though could probably have kept her stories to a minimum like telling them she got pulled over that morning and the back story. (As she held the ladies money and hadnt count it yet) but when I get to the counter I can't pay bill bc my license was expired by ONE DAY. And the time I went in prior I didn't even have my id and the lady had me answer a security question on my account. So yeah kind of upset me as there are ten other people waiting behind me. So I call customer service and I can pay with my credit card on the phone but have to be charged 15 dollars? Its only 15 but really I can pay on the phone with the same debit card I had at the bank. I have never worked with a bank that was so slow, difficult and not willing to help. I can't wait to transfer my new car loan to the bank I went through before bc I didn't have a single issue with them when I had a six year loan, but this place I only have it for three months and it's nothing but frustration.
