Pay close attention to the deals they give you and what you say yes too. You can't purchase a phone there. They will give you a screaming trade in deal on your old phone. "It's free". After the 3-4 hour set up I was told I could take my 5 year old phone home. Which still worked and I could get my passwords and apps reset.
Huge trap.
I had 30 days. When I finally got back to Auburn and the store 40 days later. The promotion was no longer available.
No phone calls texts warnings.
I would have to pay the full value monthly for the phone over 3 years. Or I could buy it then for more than it's worth. I could sell my old one on facebook or they might give me partial market value?
After 7 hours minimum on the phone with 7 different people. I was told "that's the best we can do." After almost 30 of years of working with them. I guess this is how it ends. There's a special place for corporations like yours. I hope to see you there soon. Good luck.

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store in grant Avenue. Auburn, Madisyn is so.Intelligent and smart about all the phones and all the accessories im very happy with all the employees out there. They treated everybody so well. As I watched when other people came in, they asked what their needs were and told them they'd be right with them. I would definitely recommend them very highly. And I can tell you. It's hard to find good employees like them.?
