“United auto will beat almost any price on any part in almost any other store. I have never found brake pads and rotors as cheap as they have them. Batteries, CV axles, washer fluid, oil, filters and even tools. Everything you could need as a mechanic or a do it yourselfer. Service can be slow at times but it mostly seems to be computer related.”
“I had an excellent experience having a Full Synthetic Oil Change done on my dad's 2009 VW EOS today. The car required some special sockets and some of the pan bolts were very corroded. Emmanuel did an excellent job of getting the tools and even showing me the concerns before proceeding. He took the time to do it properly and I didn't mind waiting a bit longer than usual to have it done right. This was also a tremendous value to have Mobil 1 synthetic & a Fram filter for under $60. I live in NC and do all my own auto work, so I am familiar with working on foreign cars. I was visiting NY and didn't have the tools to do it myself, but I will definitely go here again!”
