I want to thank Mel and his staff. He was very generous and very sympathetic to what happened to me. I had a battery die at a car wash 2 buildings down. I bought the battery and he traveled to the car wash and replaced the battery. Mel went way above customer service and should be recognized highly for his actions that helped me that day. I am super appreciated his help. He didn’t have to travel to the car wash to replace my battery, but went out of his way to do it. The cashier there was super helpful and was very nice that Sunday. Mel, thank you for what you did. You went beyond and helped me for my troubles. I will be a customer there from now on thanks to your help.

New store manager Mel. T. is amazing, who went above and beyond to take care of my need. It changed my previous perspective of a bad manager. Definitely, reccommend this store over Lansing one.
