“I cannot say enough good things about this place. My parents had ordered about 3 tons of coal for the winter, and before they could use it my dad passed away. HEP with no questions asked picked up the coal and delivered my mom a full refund. They made a very stressful situation easy and hassle free when they did not have to! Very kind people, will always shop here and recommend!”
