The facility itself is very clean and well kept. I almost never have to go looking for a hand cart they make sure there are always some right by the doors. A few months ago I went to look at lockers, the one that I picked had something going on that my lock wouldn't fit. The manager Matthew told me he'd fix it and I could bring my lock back the next day. A few hours later I was in the area and tried to put my lock on and it was already fixed. Just yesterday I went in and inquired about a locker the size up from the one that I had and the woman that was there (I cannot for the life of me remember her name - apologies) was very helpful and even took the time to show me a few of them. I love that they offer indoor storage and they offer it at a reasonable price which in this area can be really hard to find both of those things with the same unit. I highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service manager is a joke and the district manager is just as bad they find any way to take your deposit you put down moneys spent as soon as you drop it off. They will bend their own rules to charge you stay away from this place and go to the others in town.

They made the process of getting a storage unit quick and easy. Couldnt recommend them enough, on top of that each unit is well maintained and cleaned.

This place is horrible! Do not let them have your name and #! They will start calling and harraing you even after you tell them you're not interested! And the units cost more to rent then if you built something of comparable size.

I highly recommend CUBESMART self storage. From the moment I entered the building in Auburn I was impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the building. Furthermore, I cannot tell you how happy I was with the service that Matthew provided. He was caring, friendly and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and was willing to work with me around my schedule. He was very thorough. I am happy to see that they are expanding and wish them luck!!

The Manager in Auburn Store is Amazing! Very Helpful, Very Professional, Polite, Attentive. Can not say enough good about the Auburn Location on Genesee Street. Any time I need a storage facility near Auburn - I will be going back to CubeSmart. Keep up the Great Work. Much Appreciated.

The man who helped us sign up was very helpful. He even waited on going to lunch to help us. The building is well lit and very clean. Overall a good experience!
