Dollar Tree is a busy store with helpful and friendly staff, especially when picking up online orders. Employees like Stephanie and Chris are attentive and supportive. However, some customers feel that the staff could use better discipline, as there are moments when employees are outside smoking or struggling with long lines. Overall, the store offers good service despite occasional issues with staff behavior.
