Excellent customer service and kind people. However if youre doing a fedex return you need a qr code as theyre only a carrier so cant take bar codes. I didnt know the difference prior. The people working were very helpful at directing me elsewhere for my returns.

The 'FedEx Store's is in the Walgreens store. Once I figured that out it was very easy. Just go to the front counter.
Well, 3 weeks after dropping off package, I recieved a letter saying it hasn't been recieved. Shame on me. I threw out my tracking number.

It was very ok they didn't do too much to fix my issue, but I also wasn't on a long wait
