First off, I do love my truck. I feel the interaction i had with staff was not very pleasant. It was like walking into a morgue. The atmosphere was kind of cold. I havent bought many vehicles in the past but my last one was great an I felt great making my purchase. The only person that was personable was Ryan C. My first issue was the offer given to me was way off base like $3500 over with a trade-in. If this is what happens on a daily basis then bad business. Because of that, I was offered a possible discount on a warranty but that didnt happen an was given a quarter of a tank to get home. In short, after all the totals thrown at me I asked what the amount was. I gave the check to Ashley. Because she didnt review the PO, I need to send $1,500 to Fox Honda. This was not my fault. I asked a couple of times. I hope this helps in future transactions.

This is a review of the service department. I was originally scheduled a week later than what I put in my calendar for (which was my own fault for incorrectly putting it in). I showed up and even though I wasn't scheduled for that time, Lori was very polite about it and the service team was able to squeeze me in. Not only that, but they were very fast and got the job done much quicker than I expected. Thank you so much for the great service!

Service was friendly that’s why they’re receiving two stars instead of one, purchased a used vehicle from them about a year ago. Had to replace all four brakes within three months, reached out to ask the service department when the brakes were last changed they stated they had replaced the front brake pads recently as if that would fix the issue. Cost me 1300 dollars to get every part of all 4 brakes replaced, on top of that the check engine light came on within a month of having the vehicle assuming they just cleared the code and put it on the lot for me to buy!! Terrible experience have replaced 7 different parts to try and get the check engine light to clear and am still having issues. Be very WARY when it comes to purchasing used vehicles here, it’s been nothing but a head ache! The vehicle is certainly not worth what I paid for it (ESPECIALLY with all of its problems) and I know I will not be purchasing my next car here.

I had a great experience working with Ashley Slater at Fox Honda. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I figure out what car was best for us, even bringing us to the Toyota dealership so we could to a literal side by side comparison of the Honda CRV and the Toyota Corolla Cross. She answered all our questions and was really present without making us feel pressured. She’s exactly the kind of salesperson I could have hoped for.

Stopped at dealership because I have light on dash that says "Headlight problem". No apparent damage or outage. Told I needed to schedule an appointment (2 weeks from now). 6 bays are empty and 9 service techs in shop. I live 45 minutes away and wasted my time to do business.

Buyers Beware! The worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. So dishonest! If you are looking for a dealership you can trust...this is NOT it!!! Almost 2 weeks of trying to purchase a vehicle (all cash purchase) and during that time we attempted to purchase a vehicle twice, both were being sold with MAJOR engine issues and going to auction...so we were told. We later found the vehicles had been moved to different Auburn/Fox dealerships down the road for some other poor unsuspecting person to purchase. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. I have purchased many vehicles and have never seen such blatant dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and total indifference to customer satisfaction. Stay away from these dealerships.

This place is the best, the team genuinely cares about the customer. I needed a car and they made it happen despite how tight the automobile market is right now. They take care of all the “admin” so that you can just relax and be happy with your new car.

This team is great! Neither my husband or I are very car savvy, and Candace was so patient in answering our questions. She also took some extra time to point out some of the most useful features of our new CRV, which I really appreciate. Great experience- highly recommended!

Fox Honda is a 10+! Matt Willsey is the dealer I worked with for my new HR-V 2024! Matt and the team he works with are simply the best! Due to issues with my husband, they were able to get the car ready. Well, we waited for the vehicle.
