10/10 – Highly Recommend!
Today was my first time at this place and it did not disappoint. Devon took amazing care of me. He made sure I was happy with the shape and my French tips, going over everything a few times to get it just right. The attention to detail was spot on!!! I’ve already booked my fill with him! THANK YOU, Devon!

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The young male worker, did not even touch the small callous on my big toe (typically these are always filed on with a pumice stone in my other pedicure experiences) so I asked him to do so. He was annoyed with me and used an ELECTRIC nail file which t hurt SO bad and actually burned me, so I asked him to stop! He reached so deeply into my cuticle and ripped out the skin. I would not ever go here again. There are dirty fingerprints all over the glass door and walls as well.

Gel nails is a great nail salon. I went there yesterday to get a fill and new color. After 5 weeks of healing from what nail master did to me (nail master gave me 2nd degree chemical burns that turned into cellulitis after improperly curing acrylic nail under a UV light). Then last night around 11pm my skin around my nails started to itch really bad then 5:30am starting getting blisters and them popping and peeling off. Gel nails the Salon took them off even though I just got them done yesterday. The guy you did the fill and new color took them off. He said they normally soak the acrylic off with acetone but since I was having allergic reaction he had to force them off. Yes, it hurt but I’m hoping taking them off will help stop the allergic reaction. Through out the removal the nail tech check to see how I was doing pain wise through out the whole removal. I just felt bad that he had to remove the great job he did putting them on. I was expecting to pay for the removal, but it was free.

I requested for extension for my toes, never got that. My french tips for my hands and feet are crooked. The white is an uneven coat and my fingernails feel like they are going to snap off at any second. (I went to Devon for my hands) between me and my mother it was over $300 for a mani petti…i can get it cheaper and better quality anywhere else. I also requested Peter to do my finger nails, i never got him

I've gone to gel nails many times and I hate to have to write this but it just absolutely grossed me out. I got my first pedicure there today. Jennifer did it. She did a great job. I love it, but when she got done she just took all of the tools, swished them in my dirty water and then wiped them all down and neatly put them back on the tray. Tray. No sanitizing. No nothing. Makes me feel that when she did my feet I also got someone else's tools that were just wiped out. Doesn't the health department require that they sanitize all of the utensils used on your feet? There was a bag in my chair with that water to do my feet and she took the bag out. It never even cleaned out the bowl afterwards. I don't think I'll be going back just for that reason of unsanitary feet utensils.
To the owners of gel nails. Why did you take down your reply? Did you not want people to see how they rinse? Rinse used tinsels out in the spa water and dry them off and put them back on the tray for future use of the next person. Said that you had to take your reply down. It just goes to show you, you were in the wrong. Maybe the health department would like to hear about this.

Diana is the absolute best. You will be treated to quality service while at Gel Nails. Spotless location with the most kind staff. I always get a manicure and pedicure - it’s worth the money!

Awful! I asked for my gel nails to be removed and a regular manicure. The polish was taken off and the actual hard gel was painted over. The polish chipped the next day, the gel still is stuck to my nails and my natural nails look awful. I was willing to pay for the services I needed but because I wasn't a regular I feel I was treated rudely and did not get what I paid for. Will never be back!!! I did stop the technician (who appeared to be Tina from T&L where I used to go) in the middle to be sure the gel was removed and she kept telling me I was good. Whatever. Now I know not to go back and will not recommend anyone to go there.

I had an appointment at 11 for a spa pedicure and a manicure to follow. Upon walking in, the place was packed. A good sign. After being there for 3 hours though, the chemical smell had given me a headache.
I had never gotten fake nails professionally done but wanted to try something different. I have done them on a few occasions myself and they have come out pretty good using the kiss press on. I selected a color and asked Diana if I could show her a design I liked. She agreed that she could do it on a smaller scale given I wanted my nails so short. No problem. I'm not an expert and never having this done before, maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about but the end result looks sloppy. The nails are extremely thick and look lumpy and uneven.
The pedicure was okay. It wasn't rushed like most are at other places. But I dont think it was worth $80...I have had better at other places for cheaper.
Honestly, despite the high reviews, I don't think my experience was worth the hour drive. I think I'll just stick to my press on nails and a closer establishment for my pedicures.
