Just ask for Ms. Gwen. She will take care of you almost as good as your mamma. So good at her job.
Fantastic customer service & experience. Only place to stay in Auburn.

The hotel and the staff are really amazing. The only thing lacking over the week was the room service. The trash was missed a few days in row and the bed was only made 2 of 6 nights, the day after I arrived and the day before I left. I would’ve give 4 stars if that gets corrected.

I always stay here for business trips, 4 to 6 times a year. Good food, comfortable bar. Front desk is always very kind.
