Bring Darcy back, the store front workers have no place in a political battle and have no power to do anything beyond their first amendment rights which she was exercising as she should. Anyone who encourages her termination should receive the same treatment from their own workplace

Will never shop at this store until this disgusting human being is fired. Absolutely embarrassing to have this person wishing death on somebody working for your company

I’ll never shop here again- they still employ someone who wishes the attempt on president trumps life would have been successful. I can’t support such a place

Here sits my $767.00 Honeywell portable a/c unit that stopped working after only 9 months of use. Of course no one at Home Depot or Honeywell offers to help or even provide someone to service the unit. So sad helping out customers with reasonable situations is history. Thay talk the talk and when needed walk

I am really disappointed in the sexism displayed by the men working in the Lumber area, on the morning of June 27, 2024. Having gone to school for construction some years ago, and having gotten my degree in architecture. I really enjoyed the classes I took, especially the ones I had taken at SUNY ESF. The ones where we specifically spent semesters learning about materials, their strengths, wood harvesting, and forestization processes. So you could imagine my surprise when I asked a man if he could retrieve me a new pallet of 4x4s, his seeming bad attitude. This is after I had tried to wave him down once already but he straight up, made eye contact, and ignored me. So, I had to rely on the woman associate, to tell him, we needed assistance. He reluctantly went and got me one, him and another gentleman, unloaded it (begrudgingly). You see, I'm building a fence with my husband, and what was left on the org pallet was already picked over wood that my husband and I went through piece by piece, and obtained 5 of the 19 4x4s needed for the project. Every single one left on that pallet were center cut 4x4s (you can tell bc they have the center of the rings on the end, for Peeps who don't know) and that's not great bc that center doesn't accept the treatment that they put on the wood well. So ideally you would like ones that have mild cupping. Further more, it's fine to have small knots that aren't deep, you don't want triangulated knots, or knots bigger than a quarter-halfdollar size. It's funny bc we literally had to learn how to grade wood. Then of course check if it is it straight, a good tell is to pay attention to whether the grain of the wood remains straight down the length of the member. Anywho, after the guy dropped off the pallet, he very condescendingly said, "Hey its grade 2 wood, its going to have marks ya know, it's okay if it has marks on it." I responded "I know how to grade wood, and that first pallate had all center cuts, they don't accept treatment well" Honestly Ive never seen in all my years a guy tell another guy "hey its grade 2 wood, its gonna have marks ya know, its okay to have marks." I have seen a bunch of men request a new pallet bc they cant get enough good wood from whats on the floor. But what do I know, ya know? You'd think that would be the end of the misogyny but surprisingly no, remember the other gentleman that helped the first guy? Well, while I was over grabbing some 1x6s he was in the next aisle over, and like a little gossiping gopher, he ran to yet another male employee to complain, while pointing at me, about the "lady" who made them go and get more wood. Bc you know those annoying ladies with high standards that don't know what their talking about. Honestly what's so ironically funny about this whole situation, is yall gossip and complain and whine worse than any pack of women I have ever had to work with. Did I not just ask you to do your job, on an item with low stock on the floor? Maybe my husband should have been leading the show, and you wouldn't have had a problem. Maybe my name should be Chuck, I think you see where I'm going with this. It's so unfortunate, to have this experience, I think it's even more unfortunate to realize that Home Depot as a company isn't doing their due diligence to make sure they are hiring non gender biased associates, who arent going to discriminate 50% of your customer base. Hope you find ways to retrain your employees, to treat all customers the same despite what they perceive that person has in their pants.

Service was orders of magnitude better than in Lakewood, Texas. Store was clean and well organized. Staff was very helpful and actually knew where things were! Kudos to Jacco who personally helped me find everything and made recommendations.
