A minus 0 would be more appropriate. I had the worst experience in my life and that is saying something at 73 years old ) at the Auburn H&R Block . The senior tax preparer, Mr. Donofrio who was to do my taxes was so uncaring, abrupt and rude that we requested a different tax preparer. He told the receptionist that only could our taxes and he was not going to do them because he didn't have time. The receptionist shook her head and said she was sorry. I told them I would be telling anyone who will listen about my experience and left.My wife and I then went to Jackson Hewitt without a appointment and were greeted kindly by Henry who prepared our taxes and saved us money to boot!
