Ladies were EXCEPTIONALLY nice. Can't complain about kindness one bit. Didn't appear to have a lot of knowledge over the process, deductions and what to do. Gal who reviewed my taxes actually started with "I really don't do the tax part much....". Got my SSN wrong. I found the error. Eeeek! Kindness again amazing, understanding of service, eh, not so much.

Worste service ever the tax police not tax préparation I was put Into aduit do to their poor judgment horrible place do your own taxes and you wont have any problemsWell still in audit I payed for peace of mind and im now handling my own taxes this place is not a place to get your taxes done worste tax year ever and just think I paid to have them mess up my taxes

Molly said that we were all set when we left and that the prep fees would be taken out of the return. The next day the office called and started that it did not go through because I had to pay federal and I had to come in and pay the prep fees. And seriously 620.00 for 30 minutes of time is rediculous.

Our tax preparer, Molly Chase, was awesome! She was fast and accurate. She never had a single red flag or error pop up. This year's appointment only took 30 minutes! Molly was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable! She is also a very pleasant person to talk to. We have already scheduled next year's appointment and hope to have Molly Chase do our taxes for us again next year!
