J&J Claim, you have to leave a copy of your key for a rental and also claim its NY Sate law. However, it is not! It is a law for apartments but 100% not legal for storage units. If they would lie about something so easily searchable on the internet, I can't imagine what other shady practices they have.

Don't waste your money. Don't lose your items. I paid for years for a storage unit and go to get my stuff and it is gone and other people stuff is In the storage unit. I can't get them to call me back. And they kept charging me even after I called and left messages.
