The owner is on site. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. Bethany knows almost all of the customers by name, and all the staff are amazing. No pressure to buy ever, and they have always steered me in the right direction, even when it is not in their financial best interest.
I highly recommend buying the insurance for your purchases. I buy jewelry for my daughter as she marks milestones in her life, and to say she has had jewelry mishaps in an understatement. She had a fall recently that literally crushed two of her beautiful rings, and West and Company repaired them at zero charge under the insurance plan. Another piece has lost an expensive stone and it was replaced at zero charge to me. I have had plenty experience with other places that will do anything to not pay or honor an insurance claim, but West and Company has been amazing and there are no questions asked
In addition to buying premade beauties, David and Martha can create custom pieces as well.
David made a ring for me out of my Mom’s jewelry and it is stunning. I had an idea, but David made it a reality. Martha has talked me out of melting down or selling pieces I already own in an attempt to create something “better”, most of them my moms , by pointing out the beauty in value in the piece in question, and I am grateful for her honesty.
