I’m visiting Auburn, NY so I called and made an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. When I arrived, they had me start on the pedicure first I explained that I wanted gel on my toes and dip polish on my fingernails. The girl who was helping me told me to pick out a color. I did pick out a color and reiterated I wanted the same color for my toes and my fingernails, which was gel on the toes and dip polish on the fingernails. She assured me that she had the color for gel and for dip polish.
When completed she had a young man work on my manicure. He removed my previous Polish and went to put on gel polish. I explained to the young man that I wanted Dip polish on my fingernails. He stated they ran out of the dip polish. I informed him that I would not have picked this color if there was not a matching color. The young man stated I can do dip clear polish on the bottom, but then do the rest gel polish. I explained to the young man this is not what I requested.
I told him that I will pick out another color for dip polish on my fingernails, That will also be in gel polish for my toenails and my toenails will be redone Due to the negligence of the previous technician, not communicating properly.
Upon checking out, I was informed that there is a 5% charge if you pay by credit card, I inquired where the sign was posted and he stated it’s here on the counter. You could barely see it because the tape was crumbling, and the wording was hidden underneath the rolled up tape. I paid for the pedicure, however when it came to Paying for my nails, he said it would be $45. I asked him is this just for a polish change and he said yes. I explained to him that I requested a manicure the manicure was given. He said you have to get gel polish in order to get a manicure. This is comical to me as I have never been to a Nail salon that states you must do gel polish in order to get a manicure!
I will never go to the salon again, Nor would I ever recommend the salon to anyone!!! consumer beware Of the salon!!!

The tech I had was very detailed and focused and attentive to the details both in listening to what I was looking for as well as the hand design and work. Vert happy w results as well as treatment.

I was a regular. I had scheduled an appointment for four of us to get our nails done before a wedding. We were charged more than normal. Said it was a wedding package. We did not book as a package. We also we’re not able to sit together. Nor we had the experience together. The owner, Lisa did one of the girl's nails Was a horrible job. the next day they were chipping it took twice as long to get it done. Lisa was answering the phones and talking, not paying attention to where she left off when she was doing the nails. Personally, I had Nancy she does a great job. But there’s more to just one person. Won’t go back.
All four had regular pedicures, three dips and one regular manicure.

Took my 2 nieces here to get there first ever salon manicure experience it was the absolute BEST experience I've ever encountered 😍 the staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was awesome, everyone was super attentive and kind especially this one worker... his infectious laugh and great personality made the place light up. It made everyone feel as ease as he was laughing and cracking jokes!!!!🎊🎉🥳They did beyond AMAZING work on my nieces nails 💅 there is just not enough space to write how amazing this place is I would highly recommend.....my sis and I are definitely going to be coming back for ourselves in the very near future ❤️

Requested style: I requested an appointment for eyebrow and nails and the girl told me to come in at 945 for an appointment when arriving to the nail salon they were very disorganized and saying they were to busy for my appointment that I scheduled a week before. Very unsanitary and very rude.

Stylist: My go to place for my powder dip Cindy is Amazing, decided to give my nails a break and do gel manicure, the tech I had made me feel like an idiot because of my arthritis I was unable to keep my thumb from turning inward along with a couple other fingers, so she had to redo, and I could sense her annoyance, probably going to go to another nail salon for gel manicure at this point very upset, they are a clean friendly environment but today friendliness was zero?
