Went in to get added to my husband’s account in April after having closed our previous joint account at Key Bank because it had been messed up for years and it had been locked because I had used the account out of town and couldn’t be unlocked. Gave all my ID to get added. Checked on the status about a month later and was told it hadn’t been done. Got a call 10 days ago from this branch that it would be completed the next day and then they would have a card sent overnight. Went today because I figured the card would be sent there since they were supposed to waive the overnight fee to find that the card was actually only sent out today and was not sent overnight so expect to wait 7-10 additional business days. We have had nothing but problems with Key Bank and are planning to close the account and go elsewhere. If you want a bank that knows what they’re doing, and doesn’t just hold your money hostage, this is not the bank for you.

Waited over 30 minutes to try and open an account with them. There were two available associates that could have helped at the time. Not sure why it took so long. I ended up leaving. I'll take my business elsewhere

Terrible experience with this banker James Keller. Very disgusted with the morals of this investment banker. We befriended James & trusted him just for James to be a homewrecker & cheat on his significant other with mine at the time. Our family withdrew all our money & we’ll never trust an establishment that employs people like this. I would be cautious when it comes to banking or investing here.

No minimum to open a savings account and fast service. Great for a bank and not a credit union. Highly recommend if your not the credit union type.

Very nice bank, friendly staff. They were even able to set up a foreign currency exchange for an upcoming trip without so much as batting an eye. Very happy!

Terrible, condescending service and horrible accounts. Get a better personal or business account elsewhere. It's sad when rude people are made the face of a bank.

Worst bank ever! They took over first Niagara which I have been a member of since 2003 and I've had nothing but bad experiences with since the take over! This last one ugh deposited my husbands paycheck into the bank, wanted to get a little cash back from the deposit, but since he wasn't present that wasn't allowed, even though we have a joint account, the teller says because he didn't sign the check pay to the order of! We are legally married he shouldn't have to do that! On top of that since he wasn't present they are holding his local payroll check till tomorrow! It's freaking ridiculous! Yes we have different last names, doesn't mean my marriage license isn't valid!
