Kinney Drugs is a welcoming store with a friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy team is top-notch, often going above and beyond to assist customers, such as quickly resolving prescription issues. Customers appreciate that the staff knows their families and makes them feel like part of an extended family. Although the store has a unique setup that takes some getting used to, the knowledgeable and friendly employees make shopping a positive experience. The store provides good service despite occasional challenges from neighborhood characters, who are usually just there to shoplift rather than bother customers. Overall, it is a place where customers feel valued and well cared for.

Love this place. We have been going since we moved back 6 yrs ago. They know my family and in laws who are here. The pharmacy people are great and it flows into the rest of the store Kind of like my extended dysfuntional family. Highly recommended

The store might have a peculiar setup... But one or two times in the store and you pretty much have it figured out. Pharmacist And staff were both knowledgeable and friendly...Store staff are also friendly.
