Was having trouble with new portable honeywell single hose unit. Ended up with a GE 14,000btu window a/c which works great. They made exchanges easy with no hassles. Thank you for being understanding and helping with everything.

First, I’ll start with the wash machine that has been broken for eight months and I bought a full warranty on still waiting for my money eight months. I had someone come to fix it several times with the warranty wash. Machine cannot be fixed so we’ve had no wash machine buy a new wash machine waiting for the credit to come to the house have not gotten the credit for the thousand dollar wash machine that I bought Now I go there today to buy a door by two doors 130 inch door 36 inch door for My Home. The lady gives us the wrong door. Go back to the store And I told them I do not have any more money on my credit card. I need to exchange doors off the house. House is wide open woman does not listen and customer service. She immediately swipes the card and put it back on my card which takes two days two days and I have no door in my house to get the credit back, I don’t know their policies. Absolutely there should be an exchange policy instead of returning it to a card that you are maxed out on Rich and their appliances get delivered all smashed and all broken. Every appliance came broken custom cabinets for the kitchen so were smashed that were special ordered, and Special made could not use them either , very unhappy with the way they run their business

This is a great Lowes location. The staff are very helpful. The store is always clean and the auburn Lowes location usually has what you're looking for. If the auburn Lowes location does not have it in stock, you are able to order it to the store next-day for free. The restrooms are always kept clean. Over all the auburn lows location maintains 5 stare service and convenience with the ease of picking up your ordered packages.

Good store. They have all the plant and garden-related materials I need. Sometimes stuff is hard to find, tho. Overall a good store.

Lowes has joined the many disappointing stores that force customers to use a self check out. There are many staff in the store and we were asked many times if we need help, but all wanted was to be able to check out normal. It's is not like self checkout has lowered prices. Although I have always liked Lowes better guess I will drive across town to Home Depot they still have old fashioned system that keeps customers.
