“I was caught off guard when I walked in for the first time. The counter was full of opened packages and items all over the floor. I was thinking oh no, my stuff is never going to get returned. I was told it was returned, but still haven’t seen my money. Seemed very unorganized, but the staff was kind.”

“Morgan went above and beyond in several ways. I was returning an Amazon package and she helped me in securing the package, helped me in finding the correct procedures but most important, I left my phone at the store. When I went back she had secured the phone in a drawer out of site and access should she not be at the front desk. Her demeanor was highly professional and never once made me feel less than a valued customer. She is a tremendous asset to UPS and I hope she is working on my next trip to the Skaneateles, NY UPS store.”
