It's great to have a shop in town that's open late and weekends too. Twice in one month with two different cars these guys have bailed me out with fast service and quality flat repairs. The price is the price but it wasn't bad. If your wife's car tire has a screw in it, you don't care if they are 3 bucks more or less you just don't want to get yelled at anymore. Both my visits have been past 7 o'clock on a weeknight, long after the other shops have closed. Fast and friendly. Try these guys out.

Scheduled an inspection through this place for Tuesday at 4pm. We showed up and the guy informed us that the machine wasn’t working and that he tried calling us and left a voicemail but we never got a call. We said “that’s fine, things happen” can we schedule for another day? He said absolutely and booked us for 4pm Thursday. Note he made this appointment and picked the time for us and said it will be done. We showed up today 15 minutes early, the lady checked us in and when 4pm comes around we were told “we can’t do your inspection again because our person is going home after he finishes the one he’s working on.” Why would you make an appointment for us at that time if you knew your person left at 4pm? Not very professional in my eyes and felt very disrespected.

I was quoted a price. It went up when I arrived and the assistant manager George went above and beyond. He called the call center and got the original price for me. Fantastic customer service.
I stopped in again for tire pressure and the manager came out, showed me how to calibrate checked all of my tires. Fantastic customer service Thank you

I called last minute and they were able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation. Told me to come right down, truck was brought in within 20 mins or so, and they got me out in a fair amount of time. The employees were all very friendly, customer service was great, and the price was quite a bit cheaper than most other competitors. I would definitely come back if needed.

Ordered the tire on Wednesday was told it would come in Friday and I would receive a call. Having not gotten a call by 9:30 am I went to the store and was told the tire was in and at 9:45 made an appointment for 10:15. Went back to the store at 10:15 and my tire wasn't changed until 11:25. My vehicle was finished and waiting for me at 11: 40. I waited until 5 minutes to 12:00 for the manager to get done talking with someone who looked like they may have been an employee before being able to pay The bill and leave. Number one, I should have been called to tell me that my tire was in instead of me having to go to the store to ask. And if they were not able to take me at 10:15 they should have told me as I could have easily come back at 11:30. Time is money not only for the employees at Mavis but for the rest of us as well.
ADDENDUM:
My concerns were immediately addressed by corporate customer service at Mavis to my satisfaction. I have every confidence that the problem will be corrected at the local establishment.
