Very customer friendly. My incident a little different,as my vehicle was struck by a tire traveling down the street. Numerous broken parts behind bumper were replaced as the team was very efficient, ordered the parts quickly and moved the process of repair right along. My car was in brand new condition when I picked it up.

Caliber Collision in Auburn was absolutely wonderful to work with. My Mercedes was hit and Caliber was recommended to me by someone who spoke very highly of them. Their recommendation was spot on! Caliber made my suv look good as new and they updated me every step of the way. I never had to wonder what phase of repair my vehicle was in because of the frequent text updates. I can say with certainty that I will always choose Caliber if I am in need of repairs in the future.
