About Owens Brockway Glass Containers
Owens Brockway Glass Containers is a business that provides glass container loading and unloading services. Customers appreciate the friendly and respectful staff, especially during unloading, which is usually fast. The process involves checking in at door 10 in Warehouse A & B, with limited overnight parking available. During check-in, drivers need to register in the logbook, provide their cargo number and destination, and follow instructions such as going through the axles backwards. The staff emphasizes safety, requiring moving axles to specific positions for loading or unloading, which can cause delays if issues arise. For example, axle problems have led to long wait times; one driver waited four hours after repairing their axle. The loading process is straightforward, with staff guiding drivers through printing bills of lading. However, there is a washout available at Petro off I-90 Exit 41, which can take a while, especially at night. Overall, the facility offers efficient service but requires attention to detail and safety protocols.

If you’re picking up here you HAVE to bring your wash receipt. There is a washout at the Petro off I-90 Ex.41 however; at night it can take a while for the wash. I waited for 2 hours for a washout.
Overall not bad, and there is overnight parking available after loading.
