First I want to say we ordered shirts from a different state and we have dealt with Katie before she was excellent with communication with us and Ariez who did the great artwork on the shirts.Katie sent the shirts very fast and we are extremely very happy with the printery a gem in Auburn Ny.Thanks again

I ordered 6 hoodies from
The printery, picked them up and 3 hoodies were wrong. The girl read the order back to me. So it definitely wasn’t my fault. I brought them back and they did fix them. I asked if there was anything they can do for me since it was their screw up and the owner stated nope there’s nothing he can do. Well sir that was the last of my business You will never get my business again.

I truly wish I could give them 6 stars. Not only was the turnaround time exceptional, but the final product was absolutely stunning.
Was nicely walked through the entire process and even got to meet the embroiderer first hand to make sure I was perfectly satisfied before committing. The front desk staff are incredibly personable and the correspondence was never more than an hour or two.
Will be back in the future when my business starts ramping up.

It's about 30-45 minutes from where I live but wow was it worth it. The prices and quality of products is leaps and bounds better than anything I've ever dealt with.

Had a great experience with my order. Brought my own garment for embroidery. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in about 10 days. Very pleasant person at the desk taking my order. She wasn't sure how large the font would be, so summoned the person who would be doing the work. We had a nice conversation about my order. Like I said, looking forward to seeing my finished product.
