Reliable Movers was excellent to work with. They made my move a stressless experience. Mike, Jen and Staff were amazing to work with. Responsive, friendly, fast, reliable, professional and very helpful! The move from my apartment was not an easy one. lots of stairs, tight turns with large furniture. They had the knowledge & skills to move it all carefully & seamlessly to and from. I can’t say enough great things about the staff & company. Moving day was fun. 10/10 recommend.

It was a great experience. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They even took a dresser out of our second story window. They didn’t ding one wall, which is impressive considering the furniture that they moved. They were very detail oriented. They noticed that the feet of my son’s bed were bare metal and would scratch our new hardwood floors. I’d highly recommend.

The movers were fantastic! They took great care of my belongings and it was quick! All my belongings made it to the 10 mile new location without any items broken! I would definitely refer anyone to Reliable! I felt it was a bit pricey being my move was only 10 miles, but to know my items were in great hands was worth the price. Atta boy guys you all were great. And Jen was very informative and kept me up to date as well as the driver.

Forgot the mirror to the bedroom dresser and a floor lamp, and got dirty hand prints on my light colored couch. Management offered to have it cleaned, then never heard from her again. They almost forgot the bed frame and I had to remind them( and they still missed the mirror). Expected better for $1100 for a small local move

Today I had reliable movers move me and my family of 6 from a 4 bedroom apartment into our forever home. I was scheduled for a 9am move and they showed up at 830 which was prefect. Mike, Jay, and jose had my entire life packed up and loaded in under a hour and unloaded into our new place in less than a hour. All three men were very kind, helpful, and gentle with everything that I own. Anything that they had to take apart they reassembled, and they put everything exactly where it needed to go. I am very grateful for everything you guys have done for me during the stressful time of moving. Jen was also wonderful she was very quick with scheduling and answering any questions that I had. If you are moving please give reliable movers a call, not only are they quick and take care of your property but they are also priced very well. Thank you for your kindness and making this move very easy on me.

We had an excellent experience with Reliable Movers. Our move included large and heavy woodworking equipment, irreplaceable handcrafted furniture, and valuable antiques. We also required that items be delivered from Central NY to three different locations: Rochester, West Seneca, and Hamburg. The team was efficient and careful, loading items so that they could be easily and safely delivered. The team was thoughtful, courteous, and skillful. We had an incredible experience with Reliable Movers! From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. We had some heavy furniture to move including a large dresser, some antiques, and a solid wood dining table. The team tackled it all without hesitation.
The movers were friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took the time to protect our floors and walls, wrapped items carefully, and worked seamlessly together to get the job done quickly.
