“Visited the Auburn U-haul (on a recommendation coming from Rochester NY) to have a trailer hitch installed on a new VW. The shop is organized and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Tim, who installs the hitches is really talented, careful and conscientious. Was out the door after a more complicated install in and hour and a half. Would highly recommend them and I’m sure they would be great for the other U-haul services”
