I would not expect parts to fall off my brand new $300 ONNEX release. After several unanswered calls I sent an email to Stan. Their response was extremely unapologetic and insulting. They made no effort to thank me for being a customer or any attempt to resolve the issue. I’m disappointed and will be spreading the word. Stan, an ounce of compassion and willingness to resolve the issue, even if it meant I needed to pay for parts and shipping would have gone a long way.

As a member of the Penn State Archery team, I am highly disappointed in the the quality of their products and customer service. I should not be paying for repairs 3 months after purchasing a new product.

My daughter purchased a STAN OnneX Thumb release back in January 2024. That release malfunctioned and had internal parts break in late April 2024. This company made her pay to ship the FAULTY product back to them and charged additional fees to repair the release. This is horrible warranty coverage, sub par customer service, and a complete rip-off for product quality. Folks, please beware of what you are spending your hard earned money on!

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! i reached out to customer service with a long shot part that broke on my Just X 4-L that they no longer make, sent in a photo of what was missing, not only did they find the part i needed to keep me rolling with my favorite Release of all times, they sent me the part within 2 days!!!! GOAT's!!! Ricky Hall, you are Much appreciated!!! Ill never shoot anything else because of this rare nowadays expierence!!!Thanks,Brandon Dearth

Selling their Products for usury Prices, but doesn't have a Decency to Answer or Help at any Problems. Never had such an terrible Company.The Competitors are happy about it.Definitely my first and last Stan Release.

I have been calling customer service for at least 2 months. Hundreds of attempts now and have never had anyone answer. There is not even an option to hold because it goes to voicemail which they don’t return. They have the option to contact them using a form on their website which they also don’t reply to. They charge a mint for their products and either have terrible or nonexistent customer service
