There is not a ZERO stars option... and I am not a complainer, but I do believe what is fair should take place. After taking my car in for a wheel bearing, I was told that I needed brakes done at the same time. And the inspection was due. So, I chose to do it all. However, after I paid for this service, I heard a noise similar to the initial problem (the wheel bearing), but I thought it was the one wheel bearing remaining on the front passenger side. When it took it in to my regular mechanic, I was a noise coming from the rear driver's side. Turns out that the mechanic that was assigned to handle the brake job did not tighten any of the brakes up. The rear passenger caliper was missing a bolt and wore the brake unevenly. Therefore, both of the rear brakes needed to be replaced. And, it turned out that my mechanic advised that I should have had a lot more life on the brakes that I had according to his mileage records. I felt completely taken advantage of my Steve Mueller's company and team, and they did not honor my request to pay for the duplicate work in its entirety.Needless to say, I will not recommend them to anyone who wants to be taken care of without the risk of a larger problem taking place.

We bought a car from him on Nov 2023 and in less than 2 weeks engine light came on. After finally getting ahold of someone they said it was a sensor and then when we took it for that it was then the catalytic converter. Took it in for that and then told us there is a knock in the engine. They have had the car over 4 weeks, they don't return phone calls, ignore your calls(screen their calls), don't answer emails. Won't provide a vehicle to use or cover a rental. Have lied about what they are doing and how much longer they are going to take. Worst experience ever and they do not care at all. Zero Stars

Today we found out that we got sold a car with a broken frame. He inspected it so a reputable car mechanic didn't know that it wasn't supposed to pass inspection. When we took it in they told us the frame had been broken well over 2 years. This wasn't the only thing wrong with the car when we bought it. Before buying a car from him bring it to a legit mechanic.

Bought a lemon in September had to have everything changed when you call Jay says it’s nothing he can do he’s a horrible business man when you call him with an issue he’ll say he has 50 other people with the same problem I can’t even believe he has 50 customers then he’ll go on to tell you to take him to court he’s been there and done that.

My niece was sold a lemon. She had her car not even a month before it broke down. My brother in law also got a car from there and his car broke down not even a month later. They swear that, "all of our cars go through extensive checks and diagnostics" but it's not true and if you aren't careful, they'll get y'all too.

Honestly, it was the easiest process to get my son into his first car! I was nervous but Steve got us into exactly what we wanted and in our exact price range! It was a bonus that it was a super friendly atmosphere also. We got to meet Butch from service (awesome guy) and Steve's mom who is the office manager and a wonderful lady! Thank you Steve and crew!!

Excellent experience and went above expectations as we sought the right vehicle for our needs. Extended courtesies many other car dealers wouldn't do and we'll absolutely refer people over. Wish more were like this, makes the whole process so much easier!

I took our in at 9am to be fixed and they never got in until 2pm and it's still not fixed and this was a screw up on their end and I'm paying for it. I wouldn't recommend them at all
