Stylist: Amy does a great job, I’m very picky with my nails and literally investigate shape and smoothness and she gets it every time. I get full sets, fills and pedicures and i have no complaints.

the worst manicure I've ever had, sloppy, unprofessional. the technician was rude, told be if I don't like the shape of my nails to do it myself. I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. do yourself a favor and never go there.

I had just went today (6/7) to get my nails done for my senior ball, i called during school around 10:30am this morning dow an appointment, i had my appointment booked for 1:40. I got to the Nail spa around 1:30. I got told i'd be helped soon. I waited in the chair until around 2:05-2:10 before getting talked to. I went to go show my design and immediately got told i was wrong when I booked my appointment, causing everyone to look at me, While I was in complete embarrassment as the other people in the Spa were looking at me. My Nail "Tech" proceeded to talk to her co-worker and laugh the whole time I was in the chair. The nail Tech she was talking to was talking to her client about me as well, sitting in pure embarrassment I say there for the 2 hours upset as i was being laughed at and talked about Right in front of my face. You'd think an establishment that's popular would have a bit more manner, apparently not. I would recommend this place as the last option to go to on grant ave. My right hand is completely shaped different, and my feelings are very hurt.

Okay, there's a lot of good things and bad. To start with the good, the lady was nice, and was very attentive since she was doing two things at once- Meaning when we Cale in she was doing pedicure but told us to wait 15 minutes, was a very quick wait and she started on my nails. Previously I had them done at Gel Nails close to Chili's. She didn't damage my natural nails which was appreciated. But coming to after when it got done she gave me some sugar scrub, looking at my hands there was a lot of residue from the nail remover, it did not come off after I used the sugar scrub but it did after I washed a few hours later. Now for the bad.. There was constant yelling and the place smelled like cannabis. After there's tiny brown spots and lots of air bubbles on the polish. And there's a chip in my right thumb nail which is disappointing. I guess I'd say I am some what satisfied..but more disappointed.

Ok so I am only visiting and need my full set of acrylics! She wanted to take the quick way out only did TWO nails with the tips shaped the rest of my natural nails and then on top of it couldn’t shape any of them properly! Horrible experience with the place! I have never had such a sloppy job done on my nails ever! I have never had such uneven and sloppy work before! Completely disappointed and shocked this place still gets customers!Services: Manicure
