It’s not that great, for men at least. They only have a few racks for men’s clothing and it’s all really only small and medium sizes. However, they do have a lot of clothing for women all sizes. I did find a few things there, but it seriously wasn’t that great of an experience for me. It was also kind of expensive for clothing for a thrift store.

Looks the slightest run down and smells like sweat, but what else can you expect from a thrift store. The section of things other than clothing was pretty small, and I saw ONE piece of furniture which (which was already sold), but there was a LOT of clothes. No pants in my size, but I picked out a shirt and a few fun blazers, and my mom got some very nice dresses. There appeared to be a sizable plus size section (I didn't think to pay that much attention) but there was at least a large rack chock full of tops. Nothing spectacular, but a very fun experience:)

Staff is super rude! The guy with the slicked back hair and glasses is always miserable as well as the old guy! Was here today and everything is marked super high! Someone needs to really look into these places getting free items and selling for store level and eBay pricing! It’s not right and middle class and under can’t even shop here anymore. We know someone in the Seneca falls store and she even saying it’s not regulated and staff price based off google lens and eBay which is wrong. Dude to prices and rude staff I’m no longer coming here! PleAse don’t respond saying “we’re sorry your experience was unpleasant” people complain about staff and prices here all the time and nothing is ever done. So sad…

The older man that works there during the day is miserable. He has a very snarky tone and gets snappy easily. He makes me uncomfortable while checking out. He will ask for your phone number, you start to give it and he yells "HANG ON!!" as if he wasn't the one who asked. I don't know if he needs better training on the POS system or what but his attitude makes me avoid that store as much as possible.

I was greeted to come in and shop and I had a very favorable shopping experience and got a senior citizen discount on top of it. No mask required if fully vaccinated.

Great place. Last year I picked up a desktop computer worth about $300-$400 for $10. Not always gonna find those great deals but if your into thrift stores this one has those hidden gems.

This store is pretty hit or miss. It also is pretty hit or miss on cleanliness... I wish I could give it more stars.. it just doesn't do it for me though

I had so much luck this time! I found 3 sweaters for myself and 3 long sleeve warm shirts for my son! I paid a little more for mine than I wanted but I needed sweaters in bigger sizes due to being pregnant and cold weather is coming. Definitely recommend shopping at Thrift stores especially ones with a mission like Thrifty Shopper (which supports Rescue Mission) and Salvation Army.

Great people, I can always find something, to use or wear from this store. Always organizated, and clean. Not like some of the other stores I've been in. The customer service people are always welcome you in and are always friendly.
